By placing a booking with Luxlift you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorise Luxlift to charge your account in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”.

Airport Arrival Waiting Times

Luxlift monitors all flight arrival times to ensure that your chauffeur is at the terminal when you disembark. Regardless of how long your flight is delayed, normal waiting periods commence from ACTUAL flight arrival time, not scheduled arrival time.

Luxlift provides 20 minutes complimentary wait time for Domestic Arrivals and 35 minutes for International Arrivals. Any additional waiting time will be charged in 15 minute blocks at $50 per block.

Waiting Time

Luxlift offers a complimentary wait time of fifteen (15) minutes when servicing your booking. Any additional wait time will be charged in fifteen (15) minute blocks at $50.00 per fifteen (15) minutes.

Point to Point Transfers

Luxlift provides 10 minutes complimentary waiting time. Your Chauffeur will wait a further 10 minutes before considering the booking a “No Show”. You are required to contact us by phone if extra waiting time is required as charges may apply.

Cancellation and “No-Show” Policy

Luxlift requires the following as a minimum notice for cancellations:

24 hours:

  • General Transfers
  • Airport Arrivals/Departures
  • As Directed Hourly Hiring

48 hours:

  • Special Occasions

5 Days:

  • Weddings


All cancellations made outside of these times will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 4 hours will result in a 80% cancellation fee.

ALL “No shows” will be charged a full 100% cancellation fee.
Luxlift requests a minimum 2 hour period (within office hours) for ANY amendments made to a booking.

Please note that rates include GST and exclude Tolls and Parking and Airport Levies. (All additional fees will be charged to the credit card supplied post trip).

Surcharge rates apply for Public Holidays/ Special Events & after hours (10.30pm to 6am) – will be provided on application.

Payment Methods

Luxlift accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard and American Express *Chauffeur gratuity is at your discretion.

Monthly tax invoice statements and accounts can be setup for frequent travelers. Please note that a minimum monthly spend & conditions apply. Please contact us for further information.
